So, small background, I have two hard drives, 256gb ssd (Clone of the origil install) and 750 gb (Original laptop HD, formatted) they were both running UEFI/GTP boot

I had an error upgrading to windows 8.1, had to wipe everything from my SSD, and the only way i had was to use MBR and change my bios to legacy after removing the secondary drive, i managed to get everything working fine, and did a clean install of windows 8 that recognized the key from my bios on it's own, but when I plugged the old hard drive back in as a secondary drive, it shows up in the BIOS fine, but windows won't detect it, i tried DISKPART, partition managers, disk management, etc but nothing detects it.. is there a way to recover the files i have there? or to make it visible? even if it is in cmd or linux, i just want to back up the secondary (750GB) drive into an external Hard drive
