My comp has:

1 x CyberPowerPC X-Titan Full-Tower Gaming Case w/ Front USB 3.0, Built-in Fan Control, EZ-Swap HDD Dock, & Side-Window ...
1 x MSI 760GM-P34 (FX) AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
1 x AMD Radeon R7 250 2GB Video Card
1 x GENERIC PS-132-103 800W 80 PLUS Certified Power Supply
1 x AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W 6-Core Desktop Processor FD6300WMHKBOX
1 x Major Brand 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
1 x TOSHIBA 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s Internal Hard Drive
1 x Generic KB-159-101 Gaming Keyboard
1 x Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - OEM
1 x asetek 510LC CPU Cooler

The processor I have overclocked at 4400mhz and im not getting a performance boost so I believe im bottle necked by the graphics card. Anyone have suggestions? Not looking for top of the line because I can't spend $500 right now and I don't think my motherboard would handle such a thing. Please, anyone who can suggest anything that my board can handle and also not break me, would be much appreciated.

I have a r7770 black edition in another comp I can scratch if anyone thinks it would give me better game performance. It's this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168....

250 is very weak. renamed 7730.
7770 is almost 2 times faster.
If possible get r7 265, it should be in the stores any time now.

Yeah, the r7770 runs much better. I had trouble trying to overclock it but I later found out it's the xfx black edition, already max overclocked. It will do me for a bit but I will still need to upgrade. Any idea what kind of video card I should be looking for with my AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (overclocked to 4.4)? I am trying to keep it balanced, don't want to be bottle necked with a badass video card and then my cpu slowing me down.
