Hello everyone. Well my Pc was doing alot of noise. Turns out it was the fan on the CPU. I opened the tower and the fan was semi-detached from the CPU. Removed the fan and and put it back on it. When I put the CPU back the PC just started up and then stopped after 5 secs. How I can I fix this? A grey thing was attached to the CPU.
