That one is similar to mine, or you could get a modular one for $10 more. Unfortunately I couldn't find a really good sale at this time (mine was about the same price for a 650w seasonic semi-modular model over the winter holidays). The seasonic has 42amps on the 12v rail

This is also a good one, has 53amps on the 12v rail

With the 760 at 720p you should come close to max settings at 60+fps, definitely would hit 60+fps with the 770 (might be overkill but good for the future).
Just so you know, BF4 is one of the most demanding games out right now so maxing it out is pretty difficult.

If you can afford the...

The gtx 760 is the better card performance wise. Normally the r9 270x is supposed to be ~$60 (USD) cheaper than the gtx 760 but I couldn't find a decently priced one probably because of the litecoin mining. Personally, I have a 760 and it can tear up all the games I play (Bioshock Infinite, Batman Origins, Assassins Creed 4, modded to hell Skyrim) so I would recommend the 760. If budget is tight and you can find a 270x at $200 (what it is supposed to cost) then it is a good choice. If the cards are priced similarly then go for the 760.

Edit: Make sure your PSU can handle the upgrade :)

Looking at some benchmarks for Bf4, it looks like the 760 gets about 40 FPS on max settings, but can get 60 with a few turned down (maybe turn down AA). I think you would need a gtx 770 for absolute max settings, not positive though.

For the PSU any quality brand 500+ psu will work (I have a 650w Seasonic because I am extra careful about the power supply). The link below has PSUs rated into tiers, any brand/model in the tier 1 & 2 is a good choice. Avoid tier 4 & 5 like the plague.

If you can afford the 770 + PSU then that would be an awesome upgrade. Otherwise the 760 is still really good.

The 760 would definantly handle BF4 on 720p maxed out at over 70 fps no problem. I play with mine on a 500W power supply at 1080p and get 50-70 fps depending on the map. You do not need a 770 for 720p gaming.
