Solution barto Mar 3, 2014 I was taught C++ using Starting Out with C++: From Control Structures through Objects by Tony Gaddis. By forum rules I have to say buy the book. I enjoyed it enough in school to keep my hard copy. There are many good coding communities. Cplusplus is a good website to start at. StackOverFlow is another good site. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/388242/the-definitive-c-book-guide-and-list
