What does Supported only by CPU with integrated graphic does that mean i can only use a apu or can i use a cpu and a different graphics card (780) would that work

It means that in order to use the on-board graphics solution, your processor must support some sort of embedded graphics. Both AMD and Intel processors are capable of this. It is not an issue if you intend to use a discrete graphics card.

I would note, as others have, that the CPU you list (socket LGA2011) will not work with that motherboard (socket LGA1150). You either need to change the processor to match the motherboard socket 2011 or the motherboard to match the socket 1150 processor.
