I don't really know what would be best.
Certified CPU Fan and Heatsink (AMD)
Asetek 550LC Liquid CPU Cooling System (AMD) More Options+39
Corsair Hydro Series H55 Liquid CPU Cooling System More Options+36
NZXT Kraken X40 Liquid CPU Cooling System w/ 140mm Radiator (Revolt)
I am getting this on an iBuyPower Revolt
If you would like make one your self that you think would be the best Revolt setup.

do you actually need help to decide which cpu cooling system to choose for your rig cause I don't really understand O_O?
what kind of case will you use itx matx or atx
do you have intention to water cool the gpu as well?
if not then air cooling unit will do better and spare the water trouble.
something like noctua nh-d14 and thermalright hr-02 macho for 4.5ghz and higher oc will do damn well.
for medium oc hyper 212 evo is the king.
sorry if I got the question meaning mixed.
