problem with PC, seems like space bar is stuck

its hard to tell as, when i restart or shut down the PC it stops, for what could be 10 mins or a few days, and as i said it only seems to get activated in games, suddenly a game will stop responding, and then the space bar issue is there, I have been searching through google, to see if there is a command on the keyboard that might make it do something like this, but found nothing.

is malware bytes the best recommended free software?? i will DL and let you know how i get on.
