So, while I was rebuilding my Dell Inspiron 537 desktop (Not the Slim model), i finally got almost all of it together except a graphics card(Still looking for one).
Well, the problem is that when I turn it on, It will load up the Dell Bios screen and only load 1/8 of the way and not do anything. I try to press F2 to go to start up/setup. Nothing. I try F12 for Boot Order. Nothing still. The bar don't move or anything, it only shows 1/8 of the bar filled and sits there forever.
Somethings to note first.
1)I have NO CD/DVD Drive in, so I can't use a restore disc. (I'm gonna be installing Windows 7 from my Flash drive)
2) The last time I used it, I had 2x 1gb DDR2 Sticks of RAM in, I now have 1x 2gb DDR2 and 1x 512mb DDR2.
3) I wiped the Processor off and now have Arctic Silver 5 on it.
What could help me with my problem? Perhaps resetting the BIOS? If so, how would I do so?
