I'm looking for recommendations for mini-ITX, Intel 4th-generation (LGA 1150) motherboards with onboard wi-fi. Building a computer for a friend who isn't interested in gaming. I've seen boards by Gigabyte and ASRock that run around $110-$113. Any others I should know about, maybe for a lower price?
Also, if she's not interested in gaming, should I even worry about a video card?

You should check out Zotac. They are probably the best brand for Mini ITX builds.
Usually the mini ITX boards come with onboard GPUs capable of enough power for media, so you probably wont need the extra GPU.

Another option is one of those barebone mini PCs, many manufacturers offer them for media center use mainly.
can go with a tablet ,mobile, light.im just saying. someone gonna suggest anyway.you can look for one have integrated video chip which you dont worry for now for any GPU can update later.:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132070
