I updated my motherboard's driver via the BIOS. Before that when I started the PC it showed up **8 CORES ARE ACTIVE**, but now nothing like that appears anymore. I'd like to know if any of you guys know how can i active my 8 cores back. My motherboard is an ASUS M5A78L-MLX3.

well, i doubt that 4 cores are inactive. get amd overdrive, there you will be able to see the speed of each core.
