hello i have mobo g41mt-s2pt with sockwt775/pci-Ex16/Micro atx
will it handle and run a hd 6670 1gb ddr3

yup, all pcie x16 versions are forwards and backwards compatible

it has a pciex16 slot so yes it can absolutely run that card, however can you reply with psu MAKE/MODEL to see if it can run it(you will need to open computer to see specs)

yeah, you want atleast 350watt, 500 watt recommended.

if it is a 350 in his system he need to make sure that it doesnt have 2 12v rails if it is older those psu have more voltage on the 5v rails than the 12v rail meaning it might not support 6xxx series as depending on how it is setup can make the sytem crash or possible destroy the components and he has a socket 775 mobo so it might be an older model

you should be fine then, i have a 6670 with a low quality 480watt and it is perfectly fine.

it is the first pcie slot underneath cpu socket

it should say pcie x16 on the motherboard directly nest to the slot.
