I have been receiving this error message right before my laptop shuts itself down any help would be great. I am running windows 7 with the latest service pack and Norton 360, I have been asked for a couple of days to do the Asus live update and I do it but it comes back and asks again

ccsvchst exe-Application Error

The instruction at 0x00000000743A2041 referenced memory at

0x00000000743A 2041. The required data was not placed into

memory because of an Io error status of 0xc000000e.

Click on ok to terminate the program

OK

Thank you! I have received your message and I can see that you do not have the latest version. Please visit the Norton Update Center at http://updatecenter.Norton.com and update to the latest version.

Let me know if that fixes the problem.
