New PC everything look fine?

Hi! im building a new PC and with tax returns and all i decided to build a new pc instead of upgrading my current one.

Here's my build that i'm thinking of. I already have a GTX 770 4gb so i dont need a GPU.

If someone could give me any suggestions on my build and how to improve it, it would be very appreciated. I'm trying to keep my build at around $1200 so keep that in mind.

Change to an i5. There no point for an i7 in a gaming computer.

I also plan on streaming games like League of Legends and DayZ. Would an i5 be fine for that? if so, what i5 would you suggest?

The i5-4670k will be fine for playing all current games and streaming. The Windows 8.1 is way cheaper and has all the features you will ever need. It's even better for gaming because it supports DirectX 11.2. The only thing you should be worrying about in streaming is your internet connection.

a 4670k, the k for an extra 10 bucks leaves room to oc if it's not meeting your needs in the future
