Hi there - I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a SONOS wireless speaker system in the house. The bridge for the system is connected to my desktop, running Windows 7. My internet connection is through Comcast and is a nice strong connection - no troubles accessing the internet.

I have 2 problems:

1. When I try to open Sonos to update it, it tells me that my Windows Firewall needs to be configured. When I go to configure it through the control panel, it tells me that "Windows Firewall is not using the recommended settings to protect your computer". When I click "use recommended settings" I get the error message "Windows Firewall can't change some of your settings. Error code 0x8007042c"

2. When I click on "troubleshoot my network" in the control panel, and then click on Network settings, I get the error message "your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding"

I'm no computer expert, just a mom with a desktop, so would love some help!

Thanks!
