Can I use Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 motherboard to run Windows 8 64 bit and a Nvidia Graphics Card

Title says all. I am planning on buying Gigabyte's GA-78LMT-S2 Motherboard and want to know if I can install windows 8 64 bit on this. Also, can it run Nvidia Graphic Cards?
I'm new to these things. :)

You can, but if you give us a budget range, location, and other info found at the top of the systems thread we could help with an upgrade/new PC build a lot more :D

Well, here are my main components that I would be using:
AMD 3.5 AM3+ FX 6-Core Edition FX-6300 Processor
Transcend JetRam DDR3 8 GB PC RAM
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 Motherboard
XFX NVIDIA GT N 640 4 GB DDR3 Graphics Card

I am using gigabyte 78lmt-s2 motherboard, and Processor AMD AM3+, and my operating software windows 8.1, 64 bit. but chipset Graphics driver did not mach . need download new chipset Graphics driver ? give me link plz
