Blue Screen DRIVER_IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I've been using my custom PC for almost 3 months now and ever since I've been using it, I get the blue screen error_DRIVER_IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL (e22w8x64sys) at random. It usually happens once or twice a day. I figured I'll try to update my BIOS to see if that will help. I am having some issues though. I go to my board on the MSI website and download the latest BIOS (1.7) to my flash drive. I then follow steps I read, the issue is that my BIOS is saying there is no data on my flash drive that it can read. I am beginning to get frustrated considering I've been dealing with this for 3 months and it seems to be one problem after another. Any help is appreciated.
