I use windows 7, but I was using ubuntu as an operating system for a while just to change it up. I uninstalled and deleted all of the files related to ubuntu, but when I boot up the computer, it still gives me the option of using ubuntu or windows 7. Is there any way that I can fix this?

You have to repair MBR (Master Boot Record)
