I have recently upgraded Windows Vista to Windows seven. Then I downgraded to Vista again but I screwed up so making a long story short I have 3 Windows Vista runningon my ccomputer and I can't delete them. Also when I get on my computer it runs fine then it lags terribly untill I turn it off again. I checked my processess and its not that and I checked my temp and it wasn't that. I believe my computer is running this way because how much operating systems are on it. Please help.

Do a completely fresh install, backup all your data that you want on a second harddrive, cd/dvd or external drive then wipe the os drive.
