GeForce Gt 640 Problems

Hey, my Gt 640 has stopped working not sure why. It says something about (code 43) I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing has worked this has happened once before i managed to fix it but im not quite sure how. if you know how to fix it please help!

remove the gt 640 from system then put her back to see if windows will detect her .

That didn't work i would be fine with getting a better one but ive been trying to get a new gaming computer so if you know a cheap good gaming computer that can run games like Battle Field 4 MP, Arma 3 and other games that kind of need like high fps please tell me

there will not be cheap i will cost from 1,000 to 2,000$ to have a good gaming machine for those games . try to test that gt 640 in another system .

by cheap i meant less than $5000 preferably under 3 and im not sure how but i managed to get it to work so thanks for the help anyway
