The asrock is superior in my opinion. Usually I'll recommend gigabyte, but the other boards are better for OCing and I like the asrock because it has a variety of pci. It's a good board. Go with the asrock.

1. It has more power phases than the gigabyte board, meaning a better overclock
2. It has updatability because it has mini pcie, pci, and more.
The only downfall is that asrock boards are notorious for bugs resulting in RMA, but that's usually fixed after the first RMA.
