Windows 8.1 uninstall and re install back to factory windows 8

■ please help me in install windows 8. 1. And re install laptop PC back to factory windows 8. And settings everything I need in safe.

Try to access Dell's Data safe recovery.
Windows key plus 'C'
Settings/Power
Hold down 'Shift' key and select 'Restart'
Then it's Troubleshoot and Advanced Options
Windows will try to 'Repair' your System and will eventually lead you back to Advanced Options, where one of the Options will hopefully be Dell Datasafe.
If this is unsuccessful, or you can't run Windows, and if you didn't back up Windows 8, then you'll have to buy Recovery Media from Dell...

If the system came with pre loaded with win8 then you can restore it to default if you did not format the drive., you can recover by pressing F11 and option will load to reset to default setup., Other wise you have to asked Dell for recovery image.,
