You should not mix different RAMs. Dual channel RAM need to run with 2 identical RAM, same manufacturer, model, frequency, timing, even the year of manufacturer might affect the compatibility.
To be clear, it's not the problem of the motherboard and Corsair RAM, it is the problem of putting 2 different RAMs into one motherboard at the same time.

So I'll replace the transcend ram with the corsair one. Im really liking the corsair ram and theres a pretty great deal on it right now! Should I replace?

I would just get another RAM from Transcend if you had no problem with it so far, but make sure you get the exact same one, otherwise it won't be stable or may not work at all.
