Does anyone know of any PC builds under $700 that are able to:
1.) Record gameplay (TF2, DayZ) smoothly- preferably on close to high settings.
2.) Play games.
3.) Edit video clips.
Budget Range: $700
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Recording Gameplay, Editing.
Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Monitor, Headset
OS?: Yes (preferably Windows 7)
