When I first got this GPU I experienced stutters during Battlefield 4. I then deleted old drivers and reinstalled the latest driver which was and still is 334.89 That seemed to fix the problem. After that when I tried to overclock the GPU using EVGA precision X to +85 MHz with the voltage 110% and the temperature target being 95 degrees Celsius battlefield 4 kept crashing with an error saying DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed. "). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770", Driver: 33489 . Although it stayed at 70 degrees most of the time. Then, I downloaded the old driver which was 332.21 thinking it is going to fix the problem. It did not. Although after Battlefield crashes with the error mentioned above, every other game seems to not work afterwards. During this whole time I did not experience any stutters. Then I reverted back to the latest driver 334.89 and since then I have been getting the stutter and the Battlefield 4 crash when overclocking still persisted. I tried to do a clean boot which seemed to have helped for a little while but then the stutters came back. During the stutters my CPU utilization spikes up dramatically. It is most obvious in CPU intensive games. Sometimes ever since getting the new graphics card, the stutter will occur when not playing a game. The CPU was a hundred percent fine before my new graphics card. Please help me and thanks in advance. I bought this GPU for enjoyment but so far it's been a complete headache. The wonderful people of this site have helped me before, please help again.

for stutters try using adaptive vsync
for overclocking im not to sure but try lowering your max temp to 85c
