Is there any way to Replace The Acer ASPIRE 4520 Motherboard having nVidia Graphics IC With Another one NOT Having nVidia IC or Another option for Graphics.

I am tired of seeking everywhere about the Acer ASPIRE 4520 model,

Even Local Acer Store showing unability to help.

Online Ordering have added Risk of Compatibility..!!

Can I replace the motherboard with another Intel motherboard easily available in market & having Good Configuration.?

you can replace the motherboard with a different one as long as:

1) Has same PSU connection your using to connect to the motherboard

2) Same Socket

3) Same ram slot type i.e DDR/DDR2/DDR3

4) Actually fits in the case (mounting options)

5) Motherboard has support for your particular type of CPU

6) Recommended or better FSB

7) Correct HDD Connection, as your current HDD may be SATA 0/1/II ect.

8) Same supported ram speed in MHz.

If you decide to get the same motherboard, it will without a doubt have the same things you hate. There is no other motherboard of that type without that feature.
