Which Graphics Card is better?

Hey guys, I am getting myself a new Graphics catd and am confused which one better between the two I have shortlisted:
1. XFX NVIDIA GT N 640 4 GB DDR3 Graphics Card
2.ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 Synergy Edition 4 GB DDR3 Graphics Card

I would be doing Graphic Designing in Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering and modelling/Designing in Cinema 4D.

Also, does XFX GT N 640 have openGL and DirectX11???

The GT 640 For sure is better, but grab yourself a 7770 instead, it is better, and uses GDDR5 memory compared to the GT 640's DDR3, And don't worry about the Vram as just because the GT 640 Has 4GB, and the 7770 has 1GB, I can assure you the 7770 is better. The 7770's memory is GDDR5, much better then the GT 640's DDR3. For your work, the 7770 will do better.

Huge huge difference between the two. I would go 1GB GDDR5 anyways over 4GB DDR3, as in the first place the 4GB on the GT 640 is being limited by its memory bus, so in turn the extra Vram is just pointless really. Both cards are running on a 128-bit memory interface, which is only really meant for 1GB in the first place, so with 4GB, man that isn't worth it as it is already being limited anyways. Only real advantage would be having 2+ monitors, but still for the 1GB GDDR5 would still be my pick so I still stand with the 7770.

GDDR5 has a much faster memory bandwidth to DDR3 also.

According to performance the 7770 is much much faster, and for the price difference, much more worth it.

The 7770 also has a faster Clock speed, and was the first GPU to break the 1000MHz core clock record.
