I have a LED TV 19" size. When i connect my 2.6GHtz Pentium 4 CPU to it, it shows as unsupport. Can i get some solution???

I have a LED TV 19" size. When i connect my 2.6GHtz Pentium 4 CPU to it, it shows as unsupport. Can i get some solution??? I have a Windows XP service pack 3 installed on my CPU

What is the exact message? Is the TV saying it's an unsupported signal? Before connecting make sure the resolution and refresh rate is set to what the TV can use.
