I have this build http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2GfNY (apart from I have 2 sticks of 4 ram
Not sure why its gone strange on part picker )
I'm planning to upgrade my CPU cooler next what would you guys recommend I upgrade after that of anything :)
An as a second question is there any cheep good moniters led backlit around 24 inch

The noctua DH-14 is the absolute best air cooler on the market. I don't know if you are overclocking or not. Are there problems with your current temps on the cpu? As for price/performance though, noctua has the best fans. If you aren't going to overclock, a stock heatsink is fine lol but if you want something better then go with Hyper 212. It inexpensive and has much better performance than a standard heatsink. I also dont know a lot about amd heatsinks...but anyway Hyper 212 or Noctua DH-14.
Ps the dh-14 is quieter than 95% of fans and moves more air than 95% of fans. Top grade stuff for a low price. Also kinda bulky...

That depends on whether you are planning to use your CPU at stock or OC, and how much overclock are you planning in that case. The Hyper 212 EVO is fine for an OC up to 4.5 GHz and maybe more than that as well but for extreme overclocks you may need something better.
