i always have a doubt that if i download a game from torrent and if i have a 1080 resoutions can i play 1 720p game???do the uploaders lower down the resolution????

Solution
You can always go lower on the resolution. Games look best at your monitors native resolution, so setting a game to 720p when you have a 1080p monitor is gonna look very blurry. Most games support a very wide range of resolutions. A game that doesn't support 1080p is very uncommon.

Toms usually doesn't offer help for pirated stuff.
But still, there is no difference between a clean and pirated game(apart from the compromised files, of course), but yeah, the uploaders may reduce quality in case of movie uploads, to reduce the size of the file.

That's one notch short of 1080p.
Both cards have their merits. The Dual-x is a dual bios card, meaning if there is a problem with one bios(like flashing) then you can use the other.
The Vapor-X, on the other hand, offers more overclocking capability and runs cooler.
