Hello there,

i recently changed my motherboard (again..) and i found out that when i put my processor from the old Mobo in my new Mobo, it doesn´t work, but when i put my even older processor in, it does work. My CPU from my old Mobo does work inside my old motherboard, so i dont see why it wouldn´t work in my new one. So, my old Processor (which i want in my new motherboard) is an Intel Pentium 3.2Ghz Dual core, and the one thats in my board now, that i don´t want to use is an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz. My motherboard is a Foxconn 45CM-5. I checked this site and my Mobo does support the processor.

I hope that someone can help me out.

Thanks for the quick reply,
how should i update the BIOS? I downloaded a 2 files from the site (731F1P27.bin and AFU892.exe), when i click the .exe it says that i don't have the right windows version. And i don't know how to update from the BIOS, i don't see any update buttons there.
