Hello, everyone.

I recently discovered that only one of my top USB ports is working properly.
When I plug something into any of the other ports, such as a controller, Windows recognizes it's plugged in (I hear the "Ba-Dum"), the controller has power, but it wont work

Any Ideas?

Well take a look in windows device manager and see if your enhanced usb devices have the driver from the mobo cd installed in windows.

If its not you will have a yellow exclamation mark next to it, (no device driver loaded) or in device manager, unknown device.

Usb 2.0 and 3.0 drivers need to be installed in windows.

Also check that the plus red 5+ and ground 5v- black where the usb connects to the motherboard are on the right pins. It will pick up a device connected via the data paths but if no voltage then the device will not identify its self when plugged in due to the lack of power to drive it.
