Probably, not really anything relevant to overclocking in your post aside from your CPU cooler.

H55 is not enough for overclocking an i7-4770k I would think, but you will need to list your overclocking method, core voltage, Vin, LLC, for starters.

An impressive temperature at full load for Prime 95. Are you sure everything is turned up and the readings are accurate?

With temps like that, you should be able to run that chip at 4.5Ghz. Quick and dirty would be to bump up Vin to about 1.8 or 1.9 volts, and set vcore to 1.31 (up to 1.35 or so), set LLC calibration up a few notches, and see how it behaves.

If those ram timings are accurate, 12-12-12-36, that is really high for an 1866 set. Most are 10-8-10-28 or lower. Your ram is rated at 1600 with a CAS of 9, so it is probably more like 9-9-9-24 at stock speeds. You should bench both configs to see which gets you more bandwidth.
