i had hd6990 and i never felt it, it was too loud too hot and had weird crashes no matter what update i do or bios change until it finally collapsed after un expected bsod caused by opening a video in youtube

so as im returning to nvidia after this horrible experience i want to know what is the best card that will fit my current PC and my demands

my PC: 16gb ram corsair vengeance, motherboard: rampage iv formula battlefield edition, core i7 3820 and cogar 1000W psu

my demands and play-style:
im a single screen person not planning to go beyond 1080p displays
looking to play as many tittles with max graphic settings and fps
i don't have liquid cooling and i live in a hot country thus im looking for something that will be able to handle this kind weather
i don't want any slli or crossfire integrated cards
price doesn't matter

I had the same experience myself with AMD. That's why many of us switched.

Grab a 780 ti, 780, or 770 depending on your budget and you'll be satisfied.

any ti card is great. I have an EVGA 650 ti 2gb SSC edition and it's been great, the only thing about it that is kinda sucky is that it isn't SLI compatible. But all that aside I've loved it. Whatever you do, get an EVGA card, they have the best build quality and best tech support and customer service.
