My motherboard specs: http://pastebin.com/b6yRCS6C
The graphics card I'm planning to buy: (It is in Norwegian) http://komplett.no/evga-geforce-gtx-780ti-3gb-physx-cuda/802793
My PSU has 400 Watts so I know I will have to buy a better PSU.

It will work in the first PCI-E x16 and second x16 slots. Move whatever is in the first slot down to the second, and put the new gpu in the first slot.

Your mobo has a pciEx16 slot. It says that it is being used currently. Is there your old graphics card in it?
Yes your mobo will support 780ti, if you make that slot available.
Yes you will have to buy a new PSU.
Make sure that your CPU and other componentsare not a bottleneck to the fastest single GPU card available.

i5 650 is a dual core processor from the first generation of intel core series. Your gtx 780ti will be bottlenecked by this processor. I advice you to either upgrade your whole system or get a slower card like the gtx 760 to bu used in that system.
