Run this program to scan the drive for files https://windirstat.info/
You can narrow down where the large files hide and you may find something you forgot about or is taking up more space than it should, people sometimes keep stuff in their Downloads folder they don't need or even have 2-3-4 copies of the same download. You may need to get a lar
If you have a small drive, Windows, it's updates, newer programs, games, etc.. can use up space pretty fast, may want to upgrade.

Windirstat is fine, as far as it goes. However, it will not show anything that the user does not have access to such as restore points stored in "System Volume Information". It always shows 0 for that directory, even for the administrator account.
