R7 260x will run on a 430 Watt Corsair PSU?

Like the title says, will my 430 Watt Corsair PSU run fine with a R7 260x? It seems to need a minimum of 500 Watts. According to

If not, then I guess I will get the GTX 750.

It should work as long as you don't have an excessive number of other devices. Technically, the 260x has a load of about 150W when gaming according to benchmarks

If your CPU is dual or quad core, I'd say it will work.
If 6 or 8 core AMD - it is hard to say.
If you decide for 750 - get the TI version, it is faster than 260x AND uses less power.
