Hello guys need help here. I just recently bought a Crysis 3 and installed it on my pc. Installation was fine but after running the game I kept on getting black screens and it was sometimes freezing. I open task manager and found out that the game was not responding. I've already reinstalled the game multiple times and the same problem keeps happening. I suspect it's a pc problem but I'm not that sure though.

Here is my pc specs:

Mobo: gigabyte f2a55m-ds2
CPU: A4-5300
RAM: 4 Gb (single stick)
GPU: PowerColor HD 7730 1 Gb Gddr5
PSU: generic 500 watts PSU

Solution
Your PSU(don't ever buy generic PSU..ever!) CPU is still ok IMO for 2013 games and lower(except GTA IV,bad optimized port) I have e7600 and yours just a "little" bit better, and we have the same gpu,my ram is only 2gb and the game just works fine on me.whats your settings?check the gpu and cpu temps while playing, did you OC anything? But I really think that the PSU is the problem.

I will in the future when I get the money for it. Who doesn't want a high-end pc? Never a waste of money IMO but it's really expensive. But for the time being I just want to atleast play these games even if it's in low settings.

I'll run the game and check and post it here real quick.

if the game doesnt run at all, it's not a hardware issue, it's a software issue. Something is wrong with the game/the way you're trying to run it.
Is there any outside of game configuration options? I'm wondering if it's trying to run at graphics settings your computer can't handle?

You would also have better luck asking for help from the Crysis 3 devs/support or their forums, as others may have experienced this likely.
