If a person only has a monitor that has a 60hz refresh rate and a powerful gpu like a 770 or higher, will the person notice faster frames rates?
I read that more HZ you have for the monitor, the more frames it can show. 60hz, 60 fps, etc.
Is this true?
If so does that mean unless someone has a 144HZ monitor with a GTX 780 that they would not be able to see or get the fps that the video card can put out?
