Has anyone dealt with it before? I sent in motherboard thinking it was the problem, according to GB they couldn't find any trouble which its fine but its still at " No trouble found after tests with multiple configurations " status, does anyone know about how long it takes them to ship it back out? I tried emailing but no response as of yet. I'm a little anxious to get it back.

I have dealt with a Gigabyte RMA for a motherboard repair and the board was repaired and sent back. You do have to remember that your dealing with a big company and they have a process. So you will need patience and you'll get your motherboard back. They do have to repair many items and I'm sure it took some time to check your board since they found no problems.
I believe they have a RMA status on the support page that you can check.
