I have everything picked except for a motherboard. This build will be used for streaming, editing, and light gaming. Also i am considering overclocking.

I just built a system around your i7. I used MSI Z87-GD65 and like it a lot. I haven't tried overclocking beyond running my memory under XMP, but I hope to and this board supports lots of easily understood options. It also looks cool as hell if you're planning to show off your build.
