Hi, I'm deciding to buy one of these, but need some assistance. This will be my first SSD that I'll use for OS and installed games. Is there any other difference between these two other than:
M500 has read speed up to 500mbit/s, while SP900 has up to 550mbit/s
M500 has write speed up to 130mbit/s, while SP900 has up to 520mbit/s

Without much thinking I would take the ADATA SP900 because of the higher speeds, but is that the only difference? What do you think?

So, the Adata isn't always going to write at 520 MB/s. I'd take the M500, despite the ostensibly lower write and read speeds. I've used the 120 GB M500, but haven't put hands on a SP900. We just posted our Adata SP920 review, though those drives will be more expensive. The M500 120 GB is not super fast by modern standards, but its well priced and has a big feature set.
