HDMI problem need a solution

Hello I have just made a pc but when I plug in my HDMI cord into the 32 inch tv with my GPU the TV doesn't show anything and it just won't work.

1.Have you tested the display and the cable with other devices? Or the pc with other displays?

2.Are you sure your card is completely connected(all wires and such)?

3.Do the GPU fans spin when the pc is on?

4. What PSU and what CPU and GPU?

Thanks, but I think I have found the problem, my processor wasn't placed perfectly so a few pins bended but now I have got another cpu which is placed correctly so it has been fixed
