I overclocked it to 4ghz I seemed stable but when I go to check the frequency's its jumping around (same with the core voltage) I was wondering if this was just my PSU?
And when I started a game it only worked for 5mins then I black screened, I think it was power failure. I took off my overclock and everything is fine.
BTW:
phenom 2 x4 965 black edition
ADATA XPG V1.0 series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3
Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB

Heres the case in PSU:

I pretty sure its my psu but I would like some conformation :)
Thanks

Not all Phenom II's can reach 4Ghz, also that motherboard has limited BIOS options for overclocking and a rather weak 4+1 phase vrm. Either of those are the more likely culprits that are limiting your overclock. You can of course always try enabling/disabling load line calibration and turning off/on power saving features as well as dialing it back to maybe 3.8-9Ghz.

Even if it isn't the psu, I'd say it's still a good idea to replace it with something more reliable. You don't want to mess around with cheap bundled psu's.
