Just wanna confirm if everything is compaitable and will fit in cabinet perfectly.

[p.s.Is the cabinet a good choice??]

Solution
everything will fit, but i would suggest finding a case with the possibility to add a bottom fan as an intake ( but you will still be fine if you don't). also if you are getting the k-version of the processor, then get a z87 motherboard (any one is fine, just don't buy one with terrible reviews) otherwise switch to the non k, because as you have it now, you are simply wasting money on having the k-version over the non-k. the k means unlocked and overclockable, so if you plan on overclocking, then go with k and z87, otherwise go b85 and non k. if you do plan to overclock as well, might want to think about spending at least $40 on a good cpu cooler as well, otherwise stock fan is fine for not overclocking.

Solution
the mobo you listed is fine and will allow for overclocking. the k and z87 are both necessary for overclocking (also a better cooler, especially with that hot card in your case is also recommended for overclocking). otherwise everything looks perfectly fine
