i have a fx 8350 cpu
i am planning on buying a corsair cx600
4gb corsair vegenance 1600 blue ram ( have 1x8gb already installed)

Also i have a 1tb hard drive

Will 600w be enough if i buy a r9 270x for 1600x900 monitor?

It will be enough. but most will recommend a slightly higher quality power supply (the cx is slightly low quality, but will still work just fine)

also do not mismatch ram. buy an identical stick of ram if you want to add more, otherwise don't bother

the cx series from corsair is alright and cheap, but see if you can find a seasonic instead for a good price

For best performance, and use of dual channel, there is NO ONE that will recommend mismatched ram unless you ABSOLUTELY NEED more ram. considering you already have 8gb, an additional 4 won't give you much of a benefit, as it can be hard to max out 8gb unless you are doing heavy video editing and running multiple threads. in this case, getting an additional 8gb stick will allow you to run in dual channel, which will be much faster for ram heavy processes (literally no difference in gaming though.
