Whats the best 120mm close loop liquid cooling system below 80$? Im planning to get the AMD FX 8350 and overclock it to like 4.5GHz.. I need a liquid cooling system that can handle it at 4.5GHz

I'm about to purchase a cooler for my new build as well... I'm not against air cooling but I was also looking at the H80i. Any suggestions for air cooling? :)

(btw, same AMD FX-8350 CPU as well)

For air cooling get a tower heatsink from Noctua that fits your price range, ranging from the NH-U9B SE2 at $50 to the fantastic NH-D14 at $80 which rivals 240mm closed loop coolers. It may be slightly hotter but it quieter, is far more reliable and has no chance of leaking and destroying all of your components. Noctua cpu coolers are the quietest, most reliable and coolest air coolers

120mm liquid coolers perform poorly when compared to even the entry mid range air coolers. If you want to get an all in one liquid cooler, get a 240mm one at the very least.

I overclocked my AMD Phenom II X4 970 (really old CPU) to 3.8GHz. I ran Prime95 for an hour and the highest temp I got was 54c.
