graphics: nvidia geforce gt 630
monitor 1440x900

for $400, i would get an fx cpu, and if you live near a micro center, they are selling the fx 8320 for $99. and also i would get a gtx 750Ti. the mobo doesnt matter too much as long as you arent overclocking. for the psu, get a good quality 450-550watt, and with leftover money another 4gb ram :p

that is fine, and asrock, asus, gigabyte, and msi are good brands, and almost any atx case is fine.
