doing upgrade on gaming rig need advise on what to buy

i am looking to upgrade my computer for a budget price max 400ish (can go higher) so i need a new case, motherboard,bit more ram, better graphics card, new power unit, and a new cpu. I want to run watchdogs when it comes out on medium. Also Planetside 2 an medium or above

my current specs
ram: 4 GB
cpu: intel core duo 3.00GHz
graphics: nvidia geforce gt 630
monitor 1440x900

for $400, i would get an fx cpu, and if you live near a micro center, they are selling the fx 8320 for $99. and also i would get a gtx 750Ti. the mobo doesnt matter too much as long as you arent overclocking. for the psu, get a good quality 450-550watt, and with leftover money another 4gb ram

that is fine, and asrock, asus, gigabyte, and msi are good brands, and almost any atx case is fine.

i have never played planet side 2, so idk. you could try goggling some benchmarks though.
