According to the AMD website I had to update my MB Bios:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/STEAMGamesonAMDFXplatforms.aspx

So I updated the Bios(1801) according to the official website:
http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=M5A78L-M%2fUSB3&p=1&s=24

So finnaly I opened Counter Strike GO... and my computer decided to take some vacations to Florida again(the screen went black and the mouse/keyboard stopped working). It stills freezes, and I still had to restart the computer.

Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU: AMD FX-8320 3,5 Ghz
RAM: 8GB(2x4) Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS (Using it untill i get a R9 280x)
Storage: 250GB Seagate SATA 7200rpm
PSU: XFX Pro Core Edition 550w

Please Help, I have been using this forum for all the pc compatibility problems, i5 vs fx, nvidia vs radeon etc

Solution
Okay as this can be some different things let's do some 'Basics' to make sure we are both looking at this the same way, and with a clear set of results:

Some of the 'Basics'

Did you install all Windows Updates? Including options except BING? Check them and repeat till ALL are installed.
Download and run Slim Drivers, install all the latest updates but you don't need to reboot until you do the last update
Remove whatever AV your using and go to www.filehippo.com and download AVAST! or AVG and do a full system scan - this repeatedly has resolved alot of people issue relying on MS Essentials.
Download Malwarebytes do a full system scan (AV doesn't pick up alot of malware) - this resolved almost ALL other similiar posts to date as most...

I don't think that's the problem since I can play Naruto Storm 3 FullBurst, The Binding of Isaac, Spelunky HD..etc Only Steam games crash (CS GO and Left 4 Dead 2)
I already updated the drivers and direct x

Many people have this problem, and they all seem to get it right with the bios update. Some say I needed the 1203. But I can't downgrade the BIOS.

Repeat the AV/Malware scans till the system comes up clean.

Download and run SPECCY, copy and paste the first tab to show your idle temps
Download and run MSI Afterburner, run some of the games that crash, what temps are you getting when underload?
Open Computer, Can Air dust out the bunnies and use paint brush on the vents, coolers, fans, etc.

Let us know each result please

Mmmm okay clean and cool that is great. You DO need antivirus (No anti virus), it is a fact, because any PC only lasts 10min connected to the Internet before it is infected, and Malwarebytes doesn't pick up on Viral code. The ones I suggest are highly rated by two independent labs, and are FREE, where as many others listed that are AS good usually cost you.

I would try SLIM Drivers as well, it does a very good job of recognizing all sorts of drivers one may not think of to 'look for' but do resolve alot of times issues I / other have had because they had 'old drivers' in the undercarriage :)

You should try Bad_Kitty13s suggestion before doing that!

Because if your problem is actually Steam Files it won't get solved by a reinstall of your OP/SYS!

Steam usually crashes from either hardware driver issues (Graphics or Sound), or corrupted Steam game files!

Additionally get some kind of Anti-Virus protection, even if it's only the free Microsoft Security Essentials, anything is better than nothing!

Admirable

thank you :(

So yeah... my Windows 7 was tottally corrupted. :v Windows 8.1 playing CS Go like a charm, 200 fps in low settings. CS Go really uses alot of cpu. That's good for me since I own a 8600 gts lol
It was a Bios problem plus registry file errors and corrupted cs go i dont even know or care.

Thanks for everything though x)

I installed the usb3 drivers and they still dont recognize my external hdd <-< oh well new chapter of the story begins.
