What is wincpu.exe and why is it using the most cpu in my task manager?

I'm getting somewhere but now I need to know what the heck wincpu.exe is and why it is using around 60 or so percent of my cpu. Any help?

Wincpu.exe is Bitcoin Mining program, or malware/ virus.
Use some antivirus and do a scan of the computer.

And run and install the malwarebytes to remove it.

I ran the scan and I have one more question. It states its in my C: in a file called mine. Is that entire folder part of the virus and can I delete it because the scanner did not get rid of it?
